Hyde Park Residential has been instructed on a £36m residential development project in London. Through this engagement, we will be able to offer our clients access to participate as investors in this development project in addition to the opportunity of acquiring apartments in the scheme.
The development is in London’s Zone 2 which is well within reach of central London through the various transport links available in the area.
The scheme will consist of 87 apartments, 57 of which will be available for private sale. The selling prices of the apartment will be on average below £700 per square foot making them very attractive for first time buyers and as rental investments.
Construction is expected to take 24 months with plans for the first units to be handed over to the new owners by end 2022. For further information have a look at the summary sheet.
