Our service focuses on identifying the right property and completing the transaction. Your time is precious, so we practice stringent vetting by pre-viewing all properties thus enabling us to present only those properties that we know match your requirements. This eliminates much of the unnecessary time and effort otherwise expended on viewing unsuitable properties.


Throughout the process clients are kept fully informed of progress through brief reports which include details of properties reviewed and particularly of those that have been shortlisted. The shortlisted properties are accompanied with a reasoned opinion for their selection. A final recommendation on placing an offer on one of the shortlisted properties is also provided.


We then manage the paper flow and all other administrative work that comes with the purchase. We coordinate with (and if requested introduce) the various appointed third parties such as banks, solicitors and surveyors to ensure that the purchasing process is seamless and concluded expeditiously.
